Newbridge Centre for Special Needs was founded in 2019 by Dr. B. Savitha Unnikrishnan (BPT), driven by her vision to support differently-abled children in Pollachi. What began with 8 children and 2 staff has now grown into a centre providing physiotherapy, occupational therapy, special education, psychotherapy, sports, and yoga to children with conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, Down’s syndrome, and learning disabilities.
The school is registered under Section 51(2) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 with the State Commissionerate for the Welfare of the Differently Abled.

About Student
Supporting children with special needs through education, therapy, and care.
We have well experienced and skilled special educator staffs and physiotherapist and a teaching staff with care taker and driver with full care and support provided for the students in all aspects of their life. We also ensure that we provide a safe environment both inside and outside the school campus for their betterment in accessibilities and treatment.

Annual IQ Camp
Free IQ assessments conducted every year with Dr. Chandramohan (PAPA Association) and his team, helping track student progress and giving reports at no cost.
Dental Camp
Organized annually with Government Hospital doctors to spread awareness about oral hygiene and dental care for children.
Fire Station Visit
An interactive visit to the local fire station, encouraging students that they are capable of exploring and achieving more, supported by fire officers.
Fireless Cooking Event
Celebrated with students and parents, guided by Mr. Aravind from Kalaikuviyal Team Coimbatore. Prize winner Manasha (MR child) prepared meals independently.
